1. The service
KoolMarket is a marketplace for digital assets where each transaction is supervised by a middleman who holds the buyer's funds in escrow until the handover is confirmed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be legally able to transfer or acquire the assets you trade. One account per person.
3. Listings
- Sellers must own the asset and have the right to sell it.
- All financial and traffic claims must be substantiated with verifiable proof.
- Every listing is reviewed by the middleman and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
- Misrepresenting revenue, traffic or ownership results in permanent removal.
4. Escrow and fees
Buyers deposit the agreed amount in USD into escrow. Funds are released to the seller once the buyer confirms a complete handover, minus a flat 5% commission deducted from the seller's payout. If a deal is cancelled before handover, the deposit is returned to the buyer.
5. Handover obligations
The seller must transfer every asset listed — domains, code, accounts, content, supplier contacts and documentation — and provide reasonable support during the agreed transition period.
6. Disputes
Either party may open a dispute before funds are released. The middleman reviews the listing, the salon history and the evidence submitted, and may release, partially release or refund the escrow. That decision is final within the platform.
7. Prohibited assets
Assets involving illegal content, stolen accounts, fraudulent traffic, malware, or violations of a platform's own terms of service may not be listed.
8. Liability
KoolMarket facilitates and supervises transactions but does not guarantee the future performance of any asset. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Our liability is limited to the commission received on the transaction concerned.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced on the marketplace, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
