1. What is public
A published listing shows the category, niche, headline financials, traffic ranges and a written description. It never shows the domain name, the exact URLs, the source code, account handles or the seller's identity unless the seller explicitly chooses to publish them.
2. What is released only after an NDA
Detailed disclosures — the live URL, analytics access, revenue dashboards, customer counts, app store accounts and supplier relationships — are released to a buyer only after they accept the non-disclosure terms on this page inside the deal salon.
- Information received about a listing may be used only to evaluate that specific purchase.
- It may not be shared with third parties, published, or used to compete with the asset.
- Obligations survive for three years from the date of disclosure.
- Information already public, or independently known before disclosure, is excluded.
3. Deal salon privacy
Every deal salon is private to the buyer, the seller and the middleman. Messages are not visible to other users of the marketplace and are retained as a record in case a dispute is opened.
4. Credentials during handover
Credentials submitted during a handover are shared with the buyer for the purpose of transferring the asset. Sellers should rotate any shared password and revoke their own access after the transfer is confirmed. KoolMarket asks that credentials be transferred through the salon rather than email.
5. Buyer identity
Buyers are verified by the middleman but their identity is not published on the marketplace. A seller learns who is buying only once a deal salon is opened on their listing.
6. Breach
Accounts that leak confidential deal information are removed from the marketplace, and any active escrow they hold is frozen pending review.
7. Questions
Anything unclear can be raised with the middleman directly through the contact page before you share sensitive material.
