1. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, display name and authentication identifiers.
- Listing data — the financial, traffic and asset information sellers submit.
- Deal data — salon messages, escrow status and handover confirmations.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure.
2. Why we use it
To operate your account, verify listings, run escrow transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your deal information for advertising.
3. Who can see it
The middleman can see the data required to run and verify a deal. Counterparties see only what the marketplace exposes to them: a listing, and the salon they participate in. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract.
4. Retention
Deal and escrow records are retained for as long as required to settle disputes and satisfy accounting obligations. Account data is deleted on request unless it is attached to an open or recently closed deal.
5. Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Request deletion of data not tied to an active deal or legal obligation.
- Object to processing that is not necessary to run the service.
6. Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules and role-based access for administrative functions.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences. There are no third-party advertising trackers.
8. Contact
Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page and are answered within 30 days.
