What the escrow option does
You can request escrow terms when sending a wholesale order inquiry. The seller receives this preference, but no funds are collected or protected by Kool Market.
Agree terms before paying
Choose a provider independently
Check licensing, jurisdictions, eligibility, fees, release conditions and dispute rules. Never treat a checkbox as a funded escrow account.
Document the agreement
Agree the inspection, shipment documents and release conditions with the supplier and any independent provider.
