FOB means your responsibility ends once the goods are loaded on the vessel. It is the cleanest starting point for a new exporter because you control only what happens at origin.
CFR adds ocean freight to your quote; CIF adds insurance on top. Both mean you book the voyage, so only offer them once you have a reliable forwarder.
Whatever you quote, name the port and the Incoterms version in the contract. 'CIF Rotterdam, Incoterms 2020' leaves nothing to interpret.
